 We can clean, strip, profile or prep just about anything.....anywhere.  Our focus is commercial and industrial projects, but we also specializing in cleaning delicate surfaces such as brick, culture stone, plaster and other concrete surfaces without damage.  Cleaning or removing paint , graffiti, water stains or efflorescence using other systems such as pressure washing can actually damage these types of surfaces if not used correctly.

Many projects must be performed after hours for the safety and convenience of both customers and employees.  We also perform services during plant shutdowns and/or scheduled maintenance. We're happy to schedule work times around your schedule and timeline.

 ​CONTAINMENT IS USED TO PROTECT WHAT WE DON'T WANT BLASTED!

​Since each substrate and location is different, each project will require its own specific containment.  If we're out in the country or construction site where excess media on the ground is not an issue, no containment may be necessary.  However, many locations such as residential or a food processing plant, for example, will require extensive containment to control excess media drop and damage to surrounding areas.   Containing the blast stream may include using plastic, sheetmetal, or one of our portable blast booths.

 Capital Wetblasting services include experience in high location and multi story projects.  These can be complex, requiring  special consideration.  They may also require special containment and equipment such as cranes, man lifts, scaffolding, ladders and more to access the cleaning area.  

Above is a 10 story holding tank that required scaffold on the inside to remove old coating.

 Because wetblasting adds water, the  paint, coatings and media drop  that's removed during the blasting process becomes a slurry.   This slurry may contain hazards like lead or asbestos particulates that  do not become airborne. This results in superior containment control and waste removal.​  Capital Wetblasting maintains its certification to assist on environmental projects that require the highest industry safety and environmental standards .
